How it works
Your business first.
Then the website.
Six stages turn what you do best into a website that gives customers a reason to choose you, and an easy way to enquire.
01 — Understand your business
1 of 6
What you offer, what you do best, and why customers choose you
- What we do
- We work through your offer, your strengths and your priorities, and the reasons customers choose you over the alternatives.
- Why it matters
- A strength nobody has named can't lead the website. At Gramedica, the Olympic-level experience sat in a biography as background. This is the stage that brought it out.
- What you bring
- A short form we pre-fill from our research, a 60–90 minute conversation, and the material you already have.
- What comes out
- A concise business brief that you review and approve.
Business brief · excerpt
Illustrative- Business
- Gramedica · physiotherapy, Poznań
- Strongest reason to choose
- Olympic-level experience: work with the Polish Olympic team
- Where it sits today
- In the biography, not the headline
- Lead with
- The experience, as the proposition
Recreated for this page from the Gramedica engagement; not the original document.
02 — Understand your customers and alternatives
2 of 6
The questions customers ask, and who else they consider
- What we do
- We look at the situations customers buy in, the questions and doubts they raise, and the competitors they compare you with. We start from what you know and what is publicly visible.
- Why it matters
- Customers who are still comparing need their questions answered and a clear reason to choose you. The site can only give both if we know what they are.
- What you bring
- The questions customers ask you most often, and the businesses they mention when they compare.
- What comes out
- The customer questions the website has to answer, and short notes on the main alternatives.
The diagnosis
Measured- Found for
- The practice's own name, and very little else
- Not found for
- Searches for a physiotherapist in Poznań, rather than for this physiotherapist
From the 90-day report. Search Console, February to April 2026, before the rebuild.
03 — Establish the direction
3 of 6
What the website leads with, and the evidence behind it
- What we do
- We decide what the website leads with, how the offer is positioned against the alternatives, and which evidence supports each claim.
- Why it matters
- Every later decision follows from this one, from the headline to the order of the pages. Agreeing it first keeps the website consistent.
- What you bring
- Your view on the proposed direction, and the final decision on it.
- What comes out
- A strategy document you sign off: what to lead with, and the evidence that supports it.
The experience moved to the front

The Olympic-level work, moved out of the biography and into the headline
- The offer
- A premium anchor session. We wrote the strategy and specified the offer; Paweł approved it and delivers it.

04 — Plan the website
4 of 6
What each page must answer, and the route to an enquiry
- What we do
- We plan the pages: what each one needs to answer, and the route a visitor takes from arriving to enquiring or booking.
- Why it matters
- A page with no clear next step is a dead end. The plan gives every page a purpose and a next step.
- What you bring
- Your comments on the plan, and how you want enquiries and bookings to reach you.
- What comes out
- A page plan and the customer journey through it, agreed before writing starts.
A page per service, and contact from every page
- Pages
- One page per service
- One of them
- Klawiterapia got a page of its own. GA4 shows it as the most-read page after the homepage (May to July 2026, from the 90-day report).
- Route to contact
- A WhatsApp button on every page, instead of a route through a contact page
05 — Write, design and build
5 of 6
The words, the design and a working website
- What we do
- We write the copy, design the pages and build the website, following the agreed direction and plan.
- Why it matters
- You review real drafts and a working preview, so each decision is made on the website itself.
- What you bring
- Your photos, and your feedback at each review round.
- What comes out
- Real drafts, then a working preview of the website.
Polish and English, both first-class

06 — Launch and support
6 of 6
Launch, handover and who looks after what
- What we do
- We connect and test the agreed services, show you how to edit your content, and launch the approved site. Routine maintenance and small changes are available through optional care.
- Why it matters
- A website needs looking after once it is live. You know from the start what is covered, and by whom.
- What you bring
- Access to your domain.
- What comes out
- The live website, and editing you can do yourself.
What became countable
Before
- Page views
- Sessions and their channel
- Which pages were opened
After launch, also
- Clicks on the WhatsApp link
- Taps on the phone number link
- Which search queries bring people to the site (Search Console, aggregate)
From the 90-day report. GA4 property history. What can be counted, not how many.
