What’s included

From the business decision to the finished website.

  1. The direction before the design

    We review your business, customer reviews and competitors, then work out what should lead the website and why customers should choose you. You approve the strategy and page plan before we build.

  2. A website built around it

    We write the copy, design the pages and build the site for phones and larger screens. Up to 10 pages in 2 languages, with a clear route to contact you and two rounds of feedback.

  3. The setup to launch

    Your content editor, Google Business Profile setup, search-engine information and agreed analytics setup. We test the agreed contact routes and show you how to edit your content.

Your part

You bring the business knowledge. We turn it into the website.

Allow 60–90 minutes for discovery. Supply your photos, access and business details, then review the direction and the two website drafts. We draft both languages; you or your nominated native speaker checks and approves the local-language wording.

We agree the launch date at kickoff. The schedule starts once we have the material and access we need.

After launch

Edit your content. Choose your support.

Your website runs in your own Cloudflare account, with no hosting fee from Forgera. Domain, email and any agreed paid services are separate.

You can edit the agreed text and images yourself. Without care, routine updates are not included. If you need us to make a change or an upgrade, we quote the work first.

90 days of defect cover included

If something we delivered does not meet the agreed specification, we fix it at no charge for 90 days after launch. New requests and later changes by outside providers are separate.

Optional care

€119 /month + VAT

We handle routine maintenance and up to 30 minutes of changes each month.

We reply within 1 working day. Routine changes are completed within 5 working days. A site that is down gets attention the same working day, on a best-effort basis.

Cancel with 30 days’ notice. Unused editing time does not roll over. New pages, features and redesigns are quoted separately.

Before you start

A few practical questions.

What does “up to 10 pages in 2 languages” cover?
The same agreed set of up to 10 pages in both languages, built using our established page sections. Template privacy and cookie pages do not count towards the ten. Your proposal names the pages, editable content and included functionality. Bespoke features are quoted separately.
Do I need to write everything or arrange photography?
We draft the website copy in both languages. You provide business facts, feedback and photos. You or your nominated native speaker approves the local-language wording. Photography is not included; professional proofreading can be quoted separately.
When do I pay?
You pay €750 + VAT before work starts. The remaining €750 + VAT is due after you approve the finished preview and before the site goes live on your domain. If you cancel after work starts, the first payment is not refunded.
What do I control, and can I move the website later?
Your domain, hosting and Google accounts, content and data stay under your control, and you can edit the agreed content yourself. The website’s source code stays with Forgera. A full handover for another developer is available for a separately agreed fee. If you leave, you can take a free copy of the published pages, images and design. The editing system and the working contact form are not part of that copy. Your proposal explains the arrangement before you commit.
I already have a website. Is this still for me?
Yes. We start by reviewing the current site, customer reviews and competitors, then decide what should change before the new direction is approved and built.
Could I build the website myself?
Yes. With Forgera, the project includes reviewing your business, customer reviews and competitors, agreeing the direction, and handling the writing, design and build.
What if I want more pages or help after launch?
The additions table below gives the prices for extra pages, languages and further work. We agree the scope and total before starting, including any update the work requires. Ongoing SEO, advertising and a new brand identity are outside this project.
